General information about the online store
The products of the SuperElectric.Store online store are sold by Smart Coast, Business ID FI25469796. We sell products to adult individuals in the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms.
How to order
The products are mainly ordered via the Internet at SuperElectric.Store via the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail showing:
- reference number
- the total amount of the order
- You can check the content of your order through the user account on our website.
Products and delivery are paid when ordering. The online store can be used to pay with the following payment methods: Payment cards, PayPal, Klarna and Bitcoins. Payment is made via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna or TripleA.
We post products every weekday. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. DHL’s delivery time is 3-6 days.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the Shopping Cart. We deliver orders as a cardboard box.
If your order contains products that have run out of our stock, then we may send the packages directly from the central warehouse located in the Netherlands so then you can receive your package as soon as possible. The sender of these packages is INTERSLASH BV.
Notice! During a pandemic, we send all packages directly from the central warehouse so that you receive your package as safely as possible.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Europe Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.
According to the return, include the following information:
- your customer number, name, address and telephone number
- your bank account
- a copy of the order confirmation
Always contact customer service before shipping for instructions and a return address.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
Problem situations during transport and for defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.
